Open the "addonlist.txt" file with Notepad++. Lastly, navigate over to your Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2 folder. Once you've unsubscribed to them all from the Workshop, simply start your game, then close it once the addons have loaded. However, if you do not unsubscribe to them, Steam will re-download every renamed and moved file as the same Workshop item with the original string of numbers to your "workshop" folder. If you've moved the items to your addons folder, they will remain in there and won't get deleted when you unsubscribe to them. You can quickly see which addons you're subscribed to by hovering over Browse, next to Home, and clicking Subscribed Items. Once you've renamed and moved every addon item you have (or as many as you want), unsubscribe to each newly moved one from the actual Steam Workshop.
